Hi, I’m Leesa!

I’m a Postpartum Registered Nurse & mom of three from San Diego, California. I’ve worked as a Postpartum Registered Nurse for over eleven years, and prior to that I worked in the Newborn ICU for three years. I also work as a Postpartum Expert Practice Consultant for the California State Board of Registered Nursing.

I started Purely Postpartum because I’m passionate about helping new parents navigate through their first six weeks after childbirth.

Whether I’m sharing my professional experience as a nurse, or my personal experience as a mom, my hopes are that I can help you feel more informed, supported and empowered.

Because…postpartum is hard.
